Capstone Realty, based in Huntsville, Alabama, was founded in 2009 under the direction of 25-year veteran agent Diane Hasley. While opening a brokerage in the heat of a housing crisis provided an uphill battle, Capstone quickly gained significant market share, becoming the largest independent brokerage in the market.

In 2022 Capstone solidified itself as the largest independent brokerage in the state of Alabama by partnering with Birmingham based ARC Realty.
