With our 40+ year history of community philanthropy exceeding $1 million, LSR’s first contributions to Summit Supports Our Troops led the way to other military programs that align perfectly with our philosophy of community giving and engagement.
Today, Lois Schneider Realtor proudly supports our troops locally in two ways: Summit Hometown Heroes Project and Military on the Move Program. Each one pays tribute to our U.S. military around the world.
In 2018, we helped launch, market and expand the Summit Hometown Heroes program to commemorate vets from our town. Banners line the streets from Memorial Day through July Fourth and showcase their names, images, and dates of service, enriching a Summit tradition that will endure.
Through our affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, their Military on the Move Program allows Lois Schneider Realtor to offer vets substantial savings when buying a home. Qualified active duty, retired military and wounded warriors wishing to purchase a home will receive a 20% credit off the buying commission at time of closing. Our LSR sales associates are trained and certified in this program and are qualified to guide you through the process of buying a home.
* Rebates are not allowed in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be
provided in lieu of the Cash-Back bonus. You must register with Military on the Move® before contacting
a real estate agent and be represented by the assigned real estate firm at closing to qualify. All real estate
transactions are negotiable. Other terms and conditions may apply.
